CHALLANGES
As with any new restaurant venture, there are a few potential challenges we could face on our journey to opening Tokyo BENTO in Plaza de Espana. Here is how we plan to address them;
- Construction Delays: While we aim to open in late November or early December, there is always the possibility of unforeseen delays with construction and permitting. To mitigate this, we have already begun working with contractors and city officials to ensure that all permits are in place and construction timelines are carefully managed. We have also built some flexibility into our schedule to accommodate any unexpected setbacks.
- Supply Chain Issues: Sourcing premium ingredients is a top priority for us, but supply chain disruptions could potentially impact our ability to secure certain products. To address this, we’re working with multiple suppliers to ensure we always have access to the highest quality ingredients. We will also maintain a stock of essential items to prevent any interruptions to our menu offerings.
- Operational Challenges: Like any new business, we anticipate a learning curve as we refine our processes and train staff. To minimize this, we will invest in thorough training programs for our team to ensure smooth operations from day one. We will also be continually seeking feedback to improve the customer experience.
While challenges are inevitable, our team is dedicated to making Tokyo BENTO a success. We are passionate about bringing this unique comfort food experience to our community, and with your support, we are confident we can overcome any obstacles.
